Eric and all fellow members,

This is true. And such filings must be within the current
federal statutes for 501 C3 status, which I assume you
are referring to here. That status has recently changed
rather significantly which I posted some time ago
the particulars to this forum, as well as enforcement
via the DOJ has been requested by all US citizens
post 9/11 as a matter of vigilance, which each of
us as citizens, have a good works responsibility
to adhere to.

No, DOJ works in many areas other than simply criminal misconduct.
But sense you mention such behavior, there is some concern by the
DOJ as to purposeful criminal misconduct via the Jefsey-election.

DOW-Jones is a company that lists a 30 public companies as
a bellwether of measuring the overall performance of the
publicly traded exchange market place companies. The two major
stock exchanges in the US are the NYSE and the NASDAQ.
There is also the AMEX as well, and it is of a lesser ranking
in some ways.. Hence, Eric your remarks above are inaccurate
as therefore to a degree misleading... I am sure this is out
of ignorance however, and as such no negative connotations
in this instance should be attributed to you...

Also incorrect. The DOC as well as the DOJ would be applicable.
See: http://www.usdoj.gov/criminal/cybercrime/ in areas such
as the IP see CCIPS Program as just one example.

Brazil has yet to sign the trade agreement with NAFTA or the
newly in process bilateral trade agreement legal reciprocity
documents as was announced by the DOC on July 1.

Well sorry to date they are not yet...

I rely on legal precepts that are enforceable, broadly excepted, and
can coincide with the broad nature of a membership organization
such as this one... That may be provincial in some aspects, and
not so in others.

This would be nice. But so far the Jefsey-election false
and Potentially fraudulent "Panel".
