Any moving group should have a business type plan before moving forward.
It gives a clarity of purpose and also a sense of accomplishment when 
completing a given task.  It hallmarks achievement and provides leadership 
with tools in which to evaluate and stimulate.

VC stands for venture capital or Viet Cong, any publicly moving group would 
not use it as a standard.

Due diligence; Just do your best within reasonable privacy concepts.
due vigilance; just continue to watch and be careful.
Due policing;  just keep a clean house and good things will come upon it.
(Note due diligence is not just an economic term, vigilanty has bad concepts 
yet must be used now and policing simply means keeping your camp clean)
