Your Grant Agreements are now on the @hp Portal !

In accordance with portal security, you will need a PC, NT Logon and email address to view and print your grant agreement(s).  You no longer need a Digital Badge.

1. Logon on the Stock Incentive Program main page at http://persweb.corp.hp.com/comp/employee/program/sip/stok_opt.htm
2. Click on "Grant Agreement" in the popular links box
3. Click the "Your Grant Agreements" button.
4. Enter your email address and NT Logon.
5. To view and print a copy of a Grant Agreement for your records, choose a grant from the drop down menu. 
6.  For any technical problems, please call Technical Support. 
7.  If you have any further problems or questions, please go to your Manager or HR Manager.

The agreement simply contains the terms and conditions of the grant for your personal records.  There is a generic agreement on the stock option website which also explains the terms and conditions.  You MAY require a physical copy of your agreement only in cases of death, divorce, or other personal legal matters.  You do NOT need a physical copy of the agreement in order to exercise your options.  As such, Executive Compensation will reprint old agreements ONLY if there is a legal need.You will have six months from the grant date to view and print your stock incentive award agreement.  After six months have elapsed, you will NOT be able to print your award agreement, however you will be able to view your grant history at the Stock Incentive Program Web Site.
