Dr. Peter Tippett, of ICSA.net, along with three others, recommended on May
10th to the Science and Technology subcommitte hearing on the love bug
several Draconian legislative measures to resolve the Love Bug Virus and
Internet Security concerns with a certain popular email client. Video in
Real Media format is available from the CSPAN Science and Technology page,
as well as a complete text transcript on the ICSA.net homepage.
The four witnesses who testified at the congressional hearing were:
Keith Rhodes, Technical Director, US General Accounting Office
Harris Miller, President of the Information Technology Association of
America
Sandra England, Sr. Vice President Mcafee Associates
Dr. Peter Tippett, Cheif Technology Officer, ICSA.net
