ein ? Datenschutz auf amerikanisch. Harte Sache. Warum der Supreme Court
die Angelegenheit nicht angenommen hat, ist offen, jedenfalls ist das de
facto der leading case.
Kristian koennte ja mal grep oder etwas raffinierteres ueber seine
vielen Maillisten laufen lassen ;-) Stichwort cpni.
Das sind genau die Verbindungsdaten, vor denen im Volkszaehlungsurteil
immer gewarnt wurde.
