Dutch ruling points way on internet copyright
Leading Dutch publisher PCM has failed in an attempt to stop a
website carrying links to its stories.

But the judgement takes the view that hypertext links between sites
are the basis of the internet. In the Netherlands the decision means
third parties will be able to aggregate content from the internet and
sell advertising on their own sites.
