Dazu passt FAZ 27.09.00 S. 18:

'EU will Geldwäschemeldepflicht ausdehnen

... will die Meldepflicht für den Verdacht auf Geldwäsche auch auf ...
Rechtsanwälte und Notare, Steuerberater, Wirtschaftsprüfer und
Buchsachverständige ausdehnen.

... auch ein erstes, oftmals noch unverbindliches Gespräch zwischen dem
Anwalt und seinem Klienten soll der Meldepflicht unterliegen.'

Klartext: Mandant sucht in einer Geldwäschesache einen Strafverteidiger. Der
hört 2 Minuten zu und soll Mandant jetzt seinerseits anzeigen. Schauplatz
ist Brüssel, nicht Moskau.
