Dear GILCers

For your information, IRIS has put on its web site a dossier on the
cybercrime project. The dossier is in French, then mainly for French
readers. The contents is :

0. Official texts from the CoE
1. Positions and actions of IRIS and GILC members
2. Position and actions from the French government
3. Calendar of the French presidency of the EU (Re: cybercrime)
4. Press articles in French related to the CoE project

You can put a link to this dossier if you find it relevant :

There has been and AFP news yesterday Oct. 24 on the first day of the
G8 meeting. It seems that the German government wants some guarantees
for democracy and public liberties (at least from its public
declaration).

Any other news from Berlin ?
