Ist nicht diese Übergabe von Macht in private Hände (z.B. auch beim
Datenschutz) in der amerikanischen Politik ein nicht völlig fremdes
Element?

Ich hätte nicht gedacht, daß das House of Lords die Anschläge
letztlich als Folge der Globalisierung betrachtet.
