Alle Straßenbesitzer werden aufgefordert, die Kennzeichen der Autos und die
Gesichter der Autofahrer in diesen Wagen zusammen mit Uhrzeit, Tag und
Fahrtrichtung für jede Kreuzung zu notieren.
