Das ist ja ein Lieblingsthema des CCC. Wo bleibt das "Chaos" ? Was aus dem
CCC zum Thema zu hoeren war klingt eher nach Christlichem Computer Club.

IMHO geht hier nur darum, Dritte von der Netznutzung auszuschliessen, etwa
Nachbarn etc, egal wie die angeschlossen sind.  So war das auch schon
oefter Thema im Usenet.
