Das ist wohl frei von Journalisten erfunden worden. Die Kernaussage
von Nokia scheint mir zu sein:

Hierbei geht es nicht um die Zeichen, sondern um das Klauen von
Kapazitäten. Das ist auf jeden Fall moralisch falsch.
