Re: [FYI] EU heeds labels' complaints on piracy law

Die Kritik kommt m.W. nicht vom Rechtsausschuss (JURI) des Europarl,
sondern von der Berichterstatterin Janelly Fourtou, Ehefrau des
Konzernchefs von Vivendi, die sich für diese Aufgabe vorgedrängelt hat und
im übrigen auch im Falle der Swpat-Richtlinie unermüdlich für maximale
Durchschlagkraft von Softwarepatenten agitiert.

Man sieht dem Artikel schon aus weiter Entfernung an, dass hier mal wieder
recherchefaule und brav nachplappernde Online-Journalisten am Werk waren.

Auch hier wird mal wieder eine stringente Rechtsänderung als
"Harmonisierung" verkauft und die Position der Europäischen Kommission
mit deren eigenen Worten als "striking a balance .." beschrieben.
