Das stand schon auf dem Telecom - Server von Fillon und in einem
Rapport de la commission interministerielle. Das erste Mal habe ich
glaube ich vor etwa 8 Monaten von dem Projekt "tiers de confiance"
gehoert. Das ist jetzt durch die Aenderung des Telekommunikations-
gesetzes moeglich geworden. Hier geht es nur noch um das sog.
decret d'application, die Durchfuehrungsverordnung, die zur Zeit
diskutiert wird und die festlegen soll, wer ein "tiers de confiance"
ist, wer also trustcentern darf.
