Perhaps no government on the globe has
embraced the Internet with more fervor than
Singapore's. The tiny island nation already offers an
amazing array of things to do online: Pay your parking
fines, for instance; register for national military
service; test out new video games; or consult a trained
counselor about matters of the heart. But Singapore
also has its cyber limits, and crossing them can land
you in jail, as 19-year-old Lester Chang found out.
