Dear Wolfgang, what do you want to know more?

1. there is a DNSO WG-Review committee going on under time pressure - reporting now defacto to the BoD - where @large/DNSO are de facto addressed. The report of the WG-Review will be certainly be used against us at the @large Study Group. I do not want to look biased so please judge by yourself in subscribing to their mailing list in sending a mail to: majordomo@dnso.org with subscirbe-wg-review as a text. If you have a problem let me know.

In looking into the reported motions they right now try to have seconded by the Members (look into hte pooling booth) you will see that they report that:
"
The @large is
1. an un-organized grouping of all Internet users' diverse interests.
2. without Charter or Mission statement
3. without means of the members to contact each other
4. subject to a Study that may reduce its representation on the Board or do away with it altogether
5. represented by Directors that may be representing interests directly opposed to typical DN holders' interests.
6. top-down and controlled by ICANN staff.
7. Unable to provide policy formulations to the ICANN Board
"

You may still wihtin one day or so register and vote against that (beware the question they ask is good, only that comment indtroduced most probably against the will of Mr. Joop Teemstra.  Joop is a dedicated person who flamed @large by misundertsanding. He never intended this text to be use as such.

2. I picked that piece of news online and I ask Andy Mueller-Maguhn to comment as the wording is strange.
