  It may have been the "Rule" all along but that "Rule" was never followed
and still is not.  Many would be participants have been SELECTIVELY
CENSORED.  And they still are to this day.  Hence such a statement
from Roberto who knows full well that this is true (See DNSO GA
Archives for further information) it clearly inconsistent with reality.

  Well this may be your opinion, but it is obvious from the election
results that that opinion is not shared by everyone.  It is also quite
true that Patrick Corliss has two separate agendas.  As such it is
difficult if not impossible to be sure that he could be a good Co-Chair.

  Openness should have the opposite effect with respect to "Influence".
