According to slashdot.org, the lawyers for the DVD CCA have requested an emergency hearing this morning (Wednesday) at 8:30am for the purpose of sealing an exhibit they previously submitted to the court. Its the portion jya posted on his website containing the decryption code for DVDs.

If the New York Times had published the exhibit, would it be any different than if cryptome published it? I know justice is supposed to be blind, but I'm having a hard time understanding how you can argue in good faith the exhibit should be sealed now. ------- End of forwarded message -------
