Re: [atlarge-discuss] Bucharest meeting

Thank you Vittorio for your efforts.

I will arrive at late Sunday, so Monday/Tuesday should be no problem
for me.

I would suggest to have:

Monday/Tuesday - informal meetings, open and perhaps closed,
to prepare for Open meeting on Wednesday.

In my experience with NAIS, one-day meeting with open members
will not be sufficient to discuss and understand all the issues and
reach meaningful agreement.

That is just my suggestion. Let's be flexible and mindful for
those who cannot attend in person, too.
