Wrong,

Networking in this capacity is measured in hours and days not years.
If you sat here and believed ICANN garbage you would believe this 20 year time
period.
But if you jump outside this box you would see that it is here and now and some
of us are implementing it now.
EU is ready and chomping at the bit, CN is ready-steady-go; that would be well
over half the world's population.  ICANN had all the opportunity but chose to
ignore it.  Somehow they just did not see the writing on the wall.

No Todd it is not 20+ years it is now and only a matter of choice.
