[atlarge-discuss] bucharest meeting

We will possibly have the following slots to meet in a room (which we would
get for free) in Bucharest:
- Tuesday 5pm (perhaps 4:30) to 6pm - already confirmed
- Wednesday 5pm-6pm - still to be confirmed

If we get both slots, I'd like to have a public presentation and discussion
about icannatlarge.com on Wednesday, when possibly more people will be able
to attend, and to use Tuesday for a face to face discussion among all of us
who will be there about how to practically proceed - Bylaws, elections etc.
