The Office of General Counsel at the U.S. General
Accounting Office is conducting a survey of the bid
protest process.  The purpose of this survey is to
obtain information from forum users on the efficiency
and effectiveness of the bid protest process at GAO.

The survey of GAO's bid protest participants is now
available. You can log on to complete your
questionnaire at:

http://www.gao.gov/survey/bidprotest/

This is a web-based survey that requires you to type
in a username and password.

For this survey please create your own five character
username, and five character password.  Please make a
note of your chosen username and password, these will
allow you to exit and re-enter the survey at your
convenience.

No respondent's information will be associated with
his or her username or password. Your responses will
be kept anonymous.

Please forward this e-mail message to other
individuals who you believe should respond to a survey
concerning GAO's bid protest process.

Please fill out the survey by July 22, 2002.
