Let's give em somethin to talk about.

I will assume that we are really going to hold elections for our own
"Council".
If this be the case then we should be proud and start strutting our
stuff.

So whoever is currently in charge of our outreach should make a press
release.
The press release should be fairly short and completely fantastic to
grab attention.
Marketing is education and education is marketing.

We don't need to do a spam.  Just produce the release and give it to our
members to distribute.
