Vittorio,
This is my understanding of the current situation:-

1. WATCHDOGS
Brett Fausset, Alexander Svennsson and Walter Schmidt have indicated their
willingness to act as Watchdogs.

2. INTERIM PANEL VOTE# 13 for the Executive Panel to be increased from 7
members to 11 members

FOR: Vittorio, Izumi, Sotiris, Richard
AGAINST: none
RESULT: Passed by a majority

3. INTERIM PANEL VOTE# 14 for each ICANNATLARGE member to have one vote per
panel member rather than restricted to 3 votes

FOR: Sotiris, Izumi, Richard
AGAINST: Vittorio

RESULT: No quorum

I would remind panel members who have not yet indicated their preference on
Item #14 to please vote - YOU ARE HOLDING UP THE ELECTION!!!!!
