Where exactly was the conflict of interest, Joop?  Can you point out the specific
instance and the rule contravened, or are you simply slinging mud?  Perhaps the
conflict you allude to was the fact that I was offering to redo your poor excuse
for a web site at a great rebate when compared to your own ludicrous fees?

I see absolutely no reason why I, or anyone else, who offers to do a proper web
site job should not be paid for their work.  Do you?  Of course, you were the only
one to turn a buck out of the whole affair, and yet it's now suddenly taboo for
anyone else to be paid for their work... is that it Joop?

The only thing transparent in this entire matter are your petty machinations.  I
guess it's really no wonder your company is called iMachination.
