Here are some thoughts on the web page.
1. Until we have a source of money, the web page services should be
provide by a volenteer, as they are for several of the DNSO
constitutency web pages. I'm sure we can find people to donate th4e web
hosting services or fees, but we should not be authorizing *anyone* to
bill hourly rates on the web page.
2. More than one person should have access to the web site to make
changes.
3. We should avoid really complicated web pages that few people can
maintain.
4. The web page should be a place to record what is going on and
provide access to informtion, and not be a platform to editorial
comments by the webmaster, for the time being. If it is not
difficult, forms for comments could be useful, but it may be easier to
use the lists for this, and provide links to the archives.
