  Agreed.  The Website is owned or under the ultimate control
of the members as it will be used to reflect the membership
on the whole.

  However I also agree with Joop and not Vitorio in that the
Webmaster should be paid for his/her services.  Hosting
as Joop stated below is already taken care of and Eric
Dierker has also offered thru Hi-Tek.com free hosting
as well as website updating as well.
