Than where is the latest posted? Or can you please at the very
least post it here Denise? I hope that would not be too much
trouble for you to do. ???
In any event also, yes the *Apperance* of transparency and openness
that you espouse above does appear. However there is not public
forum provided for in which stakeholders/users can critique this
report, contribute to it with * detailed recommendations * of each
or any stakeholder/user. Hence the *Appearences* are niceties
to be sure in word, but do not exist in fact. As such, you are
seemingly just hood-winking us here...
