Bruce and all stakeholders or other interested parties,

  Nice thoughts and a good show of real interest here.  But the Bottom
line like a bottom-up process that is what the ICANNATLARGE.COM
is supposed to be is that any representative, as Richard rightly pointed
out a couple of days ago here, must not be in conflict with the
membership as a whole EVER.  As such, he/she as a representative
must approve such potential conflicts or even perceived conflicts
of interest (COI)...
