Re: [atlarge-discuss] ALOC Draft - At-Large Structures

Joop and all stakeholders or other interested parties,

Glad you made the "typo" anyway as it solicited one of the few
answers Esther has given lately to ANY question she and Denise
have been ask.

I also found Esthers answer to your "Typo" question interesting as well.
I hope others did as well.

As too Esthers answer, I am puzzled that someone whom is
publicly against ANY stakeholder/user direct participation in
policy making and voting on policy issues within any At-Large
structure, why that individual would now profess to prefer
a "Party" system, when it is obvious that within the DNSO
structure of constituency's as a basic failure? And I would
also be interested, as I am sure other ICANNATLARGE.COM
members would, as to why one African Vote was "Worth
many times more than one European, North American or
Asian vote in the previous ICANN elections"? I believe that
a vote is a vote, is a Vote! If African stakeholders/users
in the last and only ICANN At-Large election could not
garner interest in their fellow Africans, how does a "Party
system" aid Africans in any meaningful way, and why?
Esther???
