I agree with the sentiments expressed by Gary Osbourne. Jeff Williams
started his "career" by lying to an agency of the US Government in making the
following comment:
"Attached is a Text Version of our (INEG. INC.) proposals for bylaws for the
ICANN. This is an effort determined by some 24,000 different Stakeholders,
users, and other interested parties and was arrived at by unanimous vote of
all of these groups, individuals, Users, and Stakeholders."
