Congratulations to all eleven members of the new panel.

I wish you all the best and hope that you together with the 1000 members of icannatlarge.com will be able to create a workable and influential mechanism which can have substantial input into the bottom up policy development process in fields covered by ICANNīs mission from a point of view of individual Internet users.

Take it for granted that I, within the limits of my time budget, will contribute as an ordinary member as much as I can to the building of such a mechanism.

Vittorio and the interim panel members,

Please, accept deep appreciation for your substantial amount works to 
build this up from the scratch after at-large members' representation is 
dumped by the ICANN. This first panel cannot be created without your 
energies and contribution.

Joanna and Vittorio,

Please, accept my belated congratulation for both as new chair person 
and past-chairman for ICANNatlarge who are valuable assets for this
community.

I do look forward to Joanna's leadeship for this panel on the right track
to accomplish the missions have been demanded by this community under 
the interim panel members' guidance and cooperation.
