I have to agree. Our first focus should very strongly be on "creating a 
representative structure".  This should be the work of a small group 
of  professionals/volunteers, open , but not too tolerant about disruption.

When this work is done and ratified by all members, we can then insert our 
representatives where it currently matters: Icann.

We must focus on a Constitution document that protects our Members from 
"representatives" acting without mandate and draft articles that give the 
members the right and the procedures to get rid of such representatives in 
short order and elect better ones.
If people will say IDNO2, then all I can say is: benefit from the mistakes 
of the past, so that we are not forced to repeat history.

We will probably have to go through several elections before all members 
have found comfort and trust with the procedures.
