[atlarge-discuss] RE: Incorporation & Marginally Useful Insects

Sorry for delays getting back, but my computer was off line for a day to
facilitate wife-indiced furniture rearrainging! :)

No, just their profit margin! :)

Hmmm. I hadn't thought of that. Good point. Any Swiss lawyers out there
wanting some pro bono work?!

That was why someone (I think Joanna) recommended California, so we could be
in ICANN's back yard.

I guess. I just decided that since it was their decision, we should leave
the mechanics up to them. If you feel that strongly about it, perhaps
someone will post the results (and considering how behind I am, may have
already!).

Well . . . I've never been shy about voicing my opinion, and purposely
nominated five people whose integrety I respected, even though (actually,
specifically because!) they are often diametrically opposed philisophically
about the direction this group should go (some even disagree with *me!*).
And overall, I'm quite pleased with the choices our members made. Very
diverse on so many levels. So I expect a certian amount of "will clashing,"
but hope they can reach concensus quickly about who will work which piece of
the very large pie we put on their plate!

Ya think?! That has always been the challenge. My advice: pick your
targets! And learn whose opinion to trust and whose to follow up on. That
isn't as easy as it seems, here.

Indeed. And hopefully, once they get the break-out of responsibilities
figured out, they'll ask for it!
(Yes, Panel members that's a not-so-subtle hint!). :)
