    I am sorry that I have taken a while to respond to your message, but I
was busy watching you on television at the President's Economic Forum in
Waco.  By the way, it is not politically correct to wear such an outlandish
tie while sitting immediately behind the President. It was such a
distraction.

    The purpose of this response is to advise you that you have either not
been paying attention to the name discussion, or have simply chosen to list
those names that you would consider.  Either way, others should be aware
that just because you are the noisiest participant on this list, you are not
the definitive listmaker.  The list of names that you have made is not the
list of names under consideration and should be ignored by all responsible
intersted parties.
