Jonathan and all assembly members, stakeholders or other interested
parties,

  Oh I think the facts have been checked and rechecked pretty closely by
a host of very qualified and responsible stakeholders/users.  What you
and a number of other BoD members seem to be missing is that you
don't pay attention because you might hear or read something that
differs with you particular point of view.  That's irresponsible and
most stakeholders/users know it!  So grow up and stop your
this kind of dialog as it is inconsistent with the known and
documented facts.  Try reading or paying attention for a change,
such as you have done today...  Than perhaps you can learn
where the stakeholders/users are really at...

  Thank you for your cooperation in advance, even though I
for one don't expect to see too much of it in the future...
