Re: [atlarge-discuss] Re: 850/8=100

Sorry Jeff, either I am denser than usual this morning or I was not clear enough in my request.

Where may I read Jim’s original post in full? What is the URL reference for it that I may follow the yellow-brick-road to it? ;-)

**Star*walker** Favorite Moment Quote
From Queer As Folk 2 (UK) DVD Chapter 7
1999
Created & Written by Russell T. Davies
----------
Scene: Stuart, his sister and her two young boys (ages 8-11), and his parents are gathered around in his parent's home. Stuart's sister already knows that he's gay. His parents do not. Stuart and the older of the two nephews (Thomas, probably 9 or 10, maybe 11) are exchanging meaningful glances.

Stuart's Mother: [glancing at the boys and speaking to their mother...] God love 'em. They're bored to tears. Go outside and play in the garden if you want to.
Stuart's Nephew: It's OK, it's much more fun 'round Uncle Shirts-flap.
Stuart's Sister: It's a hint. They're looking for a wide-screen TV.
Stuart's Nephew: No it's not. It's cause all his mates come around.
Stuart's Mother: That's nice. Is that Vince?
Stuart's Nephew: Yeah, Vince is one of them.
Stuart's Sister: Thomas, your Grammy's right, why don't you go outside and play?!
Stuart's Nephew: Lot's of men [his mother gives him a perturbed look...] All the time.
Stuart's Father: [Assembling a bookcase...] Stuart, come give me a hand with these shelves, will ya?
Stuart: I can't.
Stuart's Father: Of course you can, I just need a hand.
Stuart: We don't do hammers!.. And nails. Or saws. We do joints and screws, but that's different.
Stuart's Mother: Who does?
Stuart: Queers. [Stuart's mother looks at him, at a loss... pauses...]
Stuart's Sister: Why don't I go get some sandwiches because this kitchen really needs organized.
Stuart: [interactive glances with his mother...] Because I'm queer. I'm gay. I'm homosexual. I'm a poof. I'm a poofter. I'm a punce. [now with a steady stare...]
I'm a bum boy, a batty boy, backside artist, bugger. I'm bent.
I am that arse bandit. I lift those shirts.
I'm a faggot-assed, fudge-packin, shit-stabbin uphill gardener.
I dine at the downstairs restaurant. I dance at the other end of the ballroom. I'm Moses and the parting of the red cheeks.
I fuck and I'm fucked. I suck and I'm sucked.
I rim them and wank them, and every single man's had the fuckin time of his life.
And I'm NOT... a pervert!
If there's one twisted bastard in this family it's this little blackmailer here.
So... congratulations Thomas!.... I've just officially outed you.

that I CC'ed Jims original post to this forum. Hence his original post
was not archived in its original form. However it is below my response
