I think the writer mistook this list for the DNSO-GA list where Jim was
recently banned for exceeding a posting limit.  A stupid rule in my opinion.
As far as I know *no one* has been banned from this list!  In fact, I
invited Jim to join our discussions.  I don't always agree with everything
he writes (but that applies to most everyone else for that matter, even
though Richard Henderson seems to be reading my mind at times!), but Jim
often presents issues I felt were pertenent to this forum, perhaps not to
our immediate organizing tasks, but certianly later, when we move our focus
to our "bread and butter": domain name issues.  So I hope he continues
posting here, even if he may do it a bit too often!  :)

Which brings up my main point. I've said this repeatedly, but it is
important enought to repeat regularly: we should *never* start banning
people from this list.  That was a disgusting habit of ICANN's that we
should never emulate!
