[atlarge-discuss] Possible source for mailing lists?

Hello, all,

I'm not sure to whom this should be directed so I'm sending it to everyone.
I'm not terribly impressed with the technical side of the lists I get from them (Green Party of Quebec) which can't handle accented characters properly and seem always to pop up an error message to the effect that there were some transmission errors, too, but I'm not sure whether that's due to the software they used or some minor configuration error they could correct if only I could tell them what's wrong.

Anyway, for what it's worth, their lists are free to activist groups and messages arrive as regular as clockwork in readable form. If nobody has a better source, it might be worthwhile talking to them about setting up our working-group lists.
