Each Jurisdiction may have variables on this theme.  International standard
still have national nuances i am told.
I only pose this for the vote, which is where it should be decided.
Doing what is right is still right.  Doing what is legalistic and sophistry is
still what it is.
the issue of Joannas' liability is a non issue.  You are the publisher, perhaps
you should be worried, you also received remuneration for the publication and
had complete control for the time of publication. (just kidding)
Be happy do not worry, there is no upside to creating an issue on either side
here.
Let our members decide and then let us back them up.
