Re: [atlarge-discuss] icannatlarge.com
James and all stakeholders or other interested parties and members,
Jamie, you are exactly right here. However regardless of how
we decide to collect funds for our effort, and what our new
DN will be or possibly remain, is in the TM world not all that
important given the history and current situation. Sure ICANN
could sue or file a UDRP complaint if the string "ICANN"
remained in the new DN. Would it stand up? Not
a chance in hell. Is it likely? Nope. So is it of any real
concern to us or should it be? Not at this time, and likely
never.
