I have never claimed that I have served as a judge for 7 years.
Others have made that claim, which is inaccurate and attributed
it to me. So your slur here is unwarranted, inconsistent with the
facts which are well and accurately documented in the federal
registry should you chose to file an FOIA request for those
now archived off site records. Otherwise, you here in this
very post are only trying to obviscate, and insult me, and
this membership. I find that rather disgusting myself. I hope
other members do as well. As such, it would seem prudent
that you rescues yourself and apologize to this membership
forthwith... If not, than I will henceforth, consider you
Ron, Michael, and a few other members simple purveyors
of FUD, false aspersions, and inaccurate attributed insults.

I have done many things in my life. That is just a plain fact. Yes
I worked for NIS for time and was in Chile and other south American
countires on assignment. I am a licensed pilot still, flew as a
F-4, F-14, and F-18 pilot for the USMC. I am retired from the
USMC, which is also a matter of public record should you care to check
for yourself. Of course you have not or will not in the future, so
instead because your life has been less full than mine has, you choose
to just cast false aspersions out of your own insecurity or inadequacies.
I feel sorry for you there, but cannot do anything about your own
state of personal affairs as to how you have in the past and now lead
your life.

I am sorry for you that you feel that I must prove myself to you or
anyone. I do not. Nor have I felt such for many years now. I am
also not likely to feel so in the near or even the long term either.
Hence again here, you are making a characterization as to how I
feel inaccurately and misunderstanding much of what I post here
and elsewhere. That is a terrible shame for you I am afraid.
Perhaps you can correct that mindset yourself. If not, than I would
suggest that you ask me what I feel before attributing some self
thought idea as to what that might be.

I am a user, developer and stakeholder in the IT industry. I am
also a Sr. Executive in my company. I ware many hats from time to
time because I choose to do so. Thank god in the good old USA
we have such choices should we wish to avail ourselves of them.
I do so choose to do so on occasion, and enjoy much of it
immensely. I am sorry that perhaps, you do not choose to do so or have
ever chosen to do so in you life. I have no problem with that.

I make no fictional experiences in any of my posts regarding my history
her or on any other forum. Never have, never will. I hope that is now
clear in your mind as well as others that may be thinking as you obviously
wrongly do. I will at any time of my choosing provide my experience's
to any of my posts as member of a democratic organization such as this
one if those experiences are useful in MY opinion to the members.
If you have a problem with that, tuff shit buddy! Got that clear now?

Past experiences many times DO have great relevance to some subjects
and issues in this organization. I would very much like for others to
share theirs
with all of us as well. I am sorry that you seem to disagree what such a

None the less, your opinion if such is reasonable is not going to pursued
me and I doubt others form doing so as some have. And again, if you don't
