  No Richard.  ICANNATLARGE.ORG was transferred to Marc.  He in
turn locked it.

  Marc has already been contacted.  Hans is the Acting PANEL chair,
nothing more.  Hans has no authority to make any "Deal" or speak for
the members on atlarge.org, and cannot now speak for ICANNATLARGE.ORG
either as it is not longer per your motion an expectable DN.
