Bret, the notion that anyone would turn on a mental switch and suddenly care 
about my thoughts on organizational efforts merely because I added my contact 
details to http://icannatlarge.com/register.php is laughable.  When this 
group gets organized and offers the membership bylaws for ratification, then 
I will consider the prospect of becoming a "member" (when membership has an 
actual meaning that conveys rights and responsibilities).  Until such time, 
what you deem to be "membership" in this organizational effort is bogus. 

You are excluding me from your "we" based on nothing more than an entry on a 
page stating "that I am registering to become a member of ICANN At Large 
under conditions that have not been finally established or adopted by ICANN 
Board."  As far as I'm concerned, I don't need to register to become a member 
of "ICANN At Large" (as specified on the website) -- I already am a member of 
the At large by definition.
