All,

It's interesting to note the following exchange between

Michael, what is a realistic schedule for getting a draft
to discuss?

Unfortunately, nothing for a few weeks at least.

"For a few weeks at least"!!!!! How nice. Not even a
rough outline or draft document in the past several
weeks... now we're expected to wait a few more weeks "at
least" (if not more?)...
Those who do not want to wait can act to help Chris McElroy with his Bylaws.

Or make their contributions to the draft in the Forum, under "Charter".

In the meantime, one has to realize that the more qualified the contributors are, the less time they are likely to have for icannatlarge. Especially when flaming is the reward.
If Michael can come up with a workable set of Bylaws within a matter of "a few weeks" or even a month, that would be a great achievement.

But I still have to see the preliminary decisions that would have to precede the construction of the Bylaws:

- where to Incorporate
- a focused or an unfocused Mission Statement
- should icannatlarge be a roundtable for At Large Parties, or should it attempt to be *the* Party.

These decisions should guide the shape of the Bylaws.
They must be put before the membership.

Sotiris, why don't you put such a poll up in the Forum or on your website?
