[atlarge-discuss] Triming/outreach/membership

It is imperative that we heed this need.  I apologize when I do not do it.
In my office in SD I have 3 computers working at ridiculously fast speeds.
But in Tijuana or Saigon I am frequently on a dialup with 28 or less and
this problem is a problem.
Yahoos, AOLs and hotmails get killed by this, my own web mail can handle it
but it takes forever for nothing.
Please trim the tail off of comets for our common good of outreach.
(OTOH I am sure many would be pleased if me and those like me could not
participate;-)
