Bruce and all stakeholders or other interested parties and Esther,

  Interesting response to your article Bruce.  To bad she couldn't
be honest in her response though..  For instance:
Esther says in response:
"As I said originally, it's important for both
  sides to trust a little and to extend a hand rather than to
  reject the other side."
- Yet Esthers ALOC does not allow for individual members.  How is this
"extending the hand"?  And Yet - The AOLC has no public forum
online for participation, a long standing Esther Dyson practice BTW,
so also how does this "extend a hand rather than to reject the other side"?
Seems obvious to me that if you are going to "extend a hand" as Esther
questionably proclaims here, that you should be open, transparent
and accountable...
