You write:  "My bonifieds are well documented and can be obtained via FOIA 
requests to the proper authorities".  

The Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. § 552, As Amended By Public Law No. 
104-231, 110 Stat. 3048, establishes a presumption that records in the 
possession of agencies and departments of the executive branch of the U.S. 
Government are accessible to the people, but it precludes the disclosure of 
files which would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal 
privacy.

How then do you expect anyone to be able to obtain your "bonifieds" in this 
manner?
