If I were to purchase reliable DNS hosting for the organization, who
should I register it to?  I am planning to purchase ENOM DNS hosting,
which is 5x redundant, and is a proven system that supports thousands of
domains.  Once purchased, who do I need to contact to have the servers
changed for the domain?
