Judyth and all stakeholders or other interested parties and members,

  Perhaps it is time to replace certain members of the Panel.  They
seem to be unable to carry out their primary functions adequately
on a number of fronts.  The "Interim Chair" (Self appointed BTW)
seems to believe that he speaks for all of the members on any and
all matters.  Perhaps we need to start by replacing the "Interim
Chair"?

  It is long past time to hold these Panel members accountable.
Begging them to do their job's that the were elected to do is
beyond reason.
